I recently purchased Morrisons…
I recently purchased Morrisons Anti-Bacterial Cat Litter Clumping, 8L. I had done so through Amazon. Morrisons is a good name, and so I thought this would be a safe bet for cat litter for my litter cat.
Firstly, this litter doesn't clump. It is smelly, the cats faeces fall through the scoop and fly into the hall, the litter itself does not absorb, leaving a pool of urine in the bottom of the tray. My cat would attempt to bury with one paw inside the litter tray and his head looking away! At first I thought this humorous, but nothing further was from my mind when cleaning this daily. After filling this up twice and cleaning out the litter tray, enough was enough! Had I been my cat with a toilet like this, I'd have left home. His little nose is much smaller than mine, he's a vocal little chap, and I soon found out what the trouble was.
I have now thrown this litter away, I used only a half of it. I realise now, that you get what you pay for. I will never shop frugally where cat litter is concerned again. I normally buy Sanicat, but it wasn't available.
I had to leave a review on this for other cat owners.

Morrisons Preston Riversway
Morrisons Preston Riversway - Extremely POOR and INEXPERIENCED management. In summary - Expensive prices, total lack of staff, total lack of customer service, and staff just really don't care as it is 'just a job' to them!!! NO staff Morale whatsoever. I've been a VERY LOYAL customer here for OVER 30 years!!! But following my recent unpleasant experience, I can honestly say they have TOTALLY LOST my custom!!! GOODBYE Morrisons ???

Morrisons failed to deliver shopping to elderly lady and will not discuss it
Morrisons left my mother for three days without shopping during the recent heatwave. She ordered by phone on Sunday 17 July, and nothing has arrived by Wednesday 20 July. She has spoken with them and they said their delivery van broke down - but no one bothered to contact her. Still no bread or milk after days of calling. I tried to speak with them this morning and they refused to discuss the issue with me, citing GDPR, although I pointed out that I was not asking for them to share information with me - I am giving them my mother's name and address, and asking them to act on this information without sharing anything other than an assurance they will do something about this. My mother is 82, blind, has severely reduced mobility and is undergoing cancer treatment. Where does humanity prevent the computer from saying no? This is an awful way to treat anyone, let alone someone elderly and vulnerable.

Morrison’s Garlic Chicken Kiev.
Morrison’s Garlic Chicken Kiev.
We purchased two packs of this as we often have done in the past. The ‘chicken’ was cut in half so that the top was loose and a pat of garlic butter was sitting inside. These dried out considerably even only cooking for the shortest time. Neither my wife or I could eat them. They were a world apart from what we have purchased previously. I can only assume a change to a cheaper supplier. Well, it doesn’t work! They were awful. Please do something about this.

Really "Out Of Order" Customer Toliets
Hello,
Just wanted to share my experience at my local store in Queensbury where I came to have a coffee and do some shopping with my friend.
After having my coffee and starting the shopping for groceries in your store, I felt “caught short” and urgent need of your customers toilet facilities.
I checked three times and all I saw was a barrier across the entrance and a “out of order” notice referring to cleaning.
I spoke to a member of staff, and she explained that the cleaning team are not a part of the store, and I wouldn't be able to use the private facilities reserved for store members only.
Unfortunately, I was able to hold on with my bowel movements and get home quickly to relieve myself,
in the privacy of my own bathroom.
I am sure the cleaning and cleanliness of the store is important including the toilet facilities, but your customers wellbeing and safety is important to you and this closing of the facilities caused a major inconvenience for myself and your customers today.
Maybe keeping the disabled toilet facility open for the moment while the other customers men's and women toilets are being cleaned up.
Another thing to move the customers men's toilets next to the customers women toilet as they is space to open up the existing space. Close the existing men's toilet location so that they is more space in the facilities or move your baby changing area to the old customers men's toilets and modernise for unisex use.
I feel my experience at your store today, you need to implement these improvements.
Kindest Regards,
K Shah
Customer.

Card payment problems with Morrisons
Firstly I must comment on the outstanding service provided by Morrisons during the Covid epidemic, brilliantly organised homedelivery service.
Unfortunately there is now an ongoing problem with credit card payment. For six weeks I have been unable to pay for an order online. The telephone back up team have tried to help with technical advice which I have followed but still no acceptance of my credit card . I was advised that this was a banking problem. two lenghty phone calls to TSB establish that Morrisons have not even called for payment. Staff are very measured and polite but the situation never changes. I am paying for an annual delivery pass which i can never use. I used the doorstep delivery service (very good) but the goods were £7.00 dearer including a £2.50 delivery charge. I am waiting for a promised return call

1st experience, and NEVER again
I don't normally shop at Morrisons, but today I was handed a Morrisons own brand 400g Cheese & Onion quiche with instructions to have it ready for tonight's dinner. Simple enough, or so you'd think.
On reading the packaging it gives detailed instructions on how to cook the product from chilled. This includes a warning to ensure the product is piping hot.
The heating instructions finish with the words, "can be eaten hot or cold", whatever that means.
I was guessing that the quiche is already cooked, and they're trying to say "ready cooked. Ready to eat", but clear plain English has eluded them?
Obviously, this should be a simple enough question for Morrisons' customer services. I telephoned them (twice) and was left in an absolute rage at the sheer arrogance and incompetence!!
The firt person simply hadn't a clue. He guessed it was safest to add tobmy already cripplingly expensive energy bill by heating the product, then popping it in the refrigerator to cool. Astounding.
The next operator was even worse. She wanted to give me the 3rd Degree on how and where the product was purchased. I told her I hadn't a clue. That my partner had simply handed me a Morrisons own brand 400g Cheese & Onion quiche, as she left for work. My job is to clarify Morrisons' appallingly badly written instructions, and to have a cold Morrisons Cheese & Onion quiche on the table for dinner.
Unbelievabley, the interrogation continued. What did it matter how/where the Morrisons quiche came from? Surely all she needed was the item code? Surely, her job is to assist paying customers? But, oh no, I'm then told that I must send in an email with a picture of their own efff-ing, and "they'll get back to me". When: today, in time for dinner, or sometime tomorrow? Maybe never...
I told this would-be gestapo officer exactly what I intended to do with the Morrisons own-brand quiche. It has gone into the trash. No-one in our household will ever buy any produce from Morrisons again. She can be sure of that.
Well done Morrisons. You were asked a simple and straightforward question by someone who is new to your products. Instead of answering a simple question, I came away feeling like I was being accused of obtaining the quiche illicitly. Thank you, but no thank you.

Food to go
I ordered some sandwiches online to collect Sunday 10 th July am at Morrisons boroughbridge & when I arrived they hadn’t received my order & I was in a terrible rush because I had guests coming in 1 hour. After a long argument with the store manager Andy they finally delivered them to my house.I rang customer services to complain first thing Monday morning & I wanted an explanation so they reassured me they would look into it & get back to me.What a surprise I heard nothing so Friday i rang back to speak to a manager & I was put on a list for a call back 5 days later still nothing.I even emailed David Potts the ceo & still nothing.Very bad customer service ?

App log in... I used to think the Morrisons app was…
I used to think the Morrisons app was worth 5 stars. But that was before they kept making me log in every other week and have to find the password every time.
Now I can't be bothered to use it because they are making it too much of a hassle to be bothered to sign in.
Just got home from working in this…
Just got home from working in this blistering heat all-day to my wife complaining about the shelves at Morrison's being empty again. Can you please get your act together and fill your shelves and in the correct places also is it possible to employ helpful staff as she also complains that they don't seem bothered and don't seem to care. This is the Morrison's store in Acomb, York..... this probably won't do any good so I told her to shop at Tesco's next week hopefully they will be an improvement.
Morrisons Beacontree Heath
Morrisons Beacontree Heath - Wood Lane
This particular Morrisons is harbouring a old haggard racist red head called “Debbie” she has a bad taste in her mouth regarding Muslim customers and has a criminal tendency to gesture at Muslim customers in a demeaning and disgusting manner just like her unpleasant face. She sits at the checkout, although I had left the same experience without complaining about her last time, this time she really confirmed my doubts. I was at her checkout unfortunately this at upon visiting this store at approx 15:10hrs today 17/07/2022. When the previous customer was about to pay by her card and I was nowhere near the pin pad she was about to let in her pin. “Debbie” then goes on unnecessarily to gesture at me to move back in a distasteful racist manner. This was totally uncalled for as her action gave impressions of complete disrespect at least as myself as a customer. Morrisons should be weary of such individuals working for them as it is quite clear in this country, that such bigoted and backward thinking is no more tolerated in our multicultural society. I urge the bosses of Morissons to address such individuals and their behaviour according to the companies code of conduct and equality and diversity policy. I urge the bosses of Morrisons to take action against such fickle, racist, bigoted and illiterate individuals. These sort of so called employees are portraying a bad image of your company. We will not be shopping at this store again and will make sure none of our friends or family members shop at this store again.

Dire
Becontree Heath, Dagenham. Milk spilt on the floor. A customer slipped on it. Other customers had to help her. Eggs had been dropped on the floor at checkout. Cashier told another customer there was no cleaning staff on premises. Gave kitchen roll to customer for her to clear it up. Serious health and safety issues. Chief exec needs to be involved.
